New flame retardant system for flexible polyurethane foam

The Israeli chemicals producer ICL Industrial Products has announced the launch of an innovative flame retardant system specially developed for flexible polyurethane foam. This new flame retardant, which is commercialized under the trade name SaFRon 7700, can be used at lower concentration than conventional flame retardant additives. It also provides improved mechanical and physical properties. In addition SaFRon 7700 is inexpensive.
