Unlike normal commercial N/P systems , the lowest water absorption ,high efficiency flame retardant system is used . Over all , This is a high concentrated masterbatch and can be used in directly in molding , extrusion or compounding processes. There is no stocking problem anymore for N/P system additives.
The products made by this masterbatch are light , weather resistant , good electric/mechanical properties .
SUMMER SNOW
The products are widely used in PP tube/pipes , sheets , switch , cable , automotive parts , etc. The final products are well flame retarded , and in case of fire , it release lower smoke density , lower smoke toxicity , and lower heat release velocity , so protects human life and environment .

Application:
Normally , it is used in PP halogen free compounds , or injection molding process .
The product are recyclable completely . and does not contain any halogen. ( Zero halogen)

Important Notes:
This masterbatch can be used in all PP , EPDM and TPE . Maximum processing temperature is 230’C .
Packing:
In 25kgs Kraft paper bags with the inner of PE bag, 1000kgs on wooden pallet with plastic film protection.
In 500/1000kgs net plastic super sack on wooden pallet with plastic-film protection.
Or according to buyer's requirements.
