Products arrangement：

Product.The main product is magnesium hydroxide (the MgO content is 35%) and the by-product is magnesium sulfate. The new combustion-resistant material is also considered.Production scale. 100 thousand tons of magnesium hydroxide and 200 thousand tons of magnesium sulfate in the first stage and 200 thousand tons after expansion.

Construction conditions：

Investment environment. Shimen county is situated in the northwest of Hunan province, bordering Hubei province, with Zhicheng-Liuzhou Railway and Shimen-Changsha Railway running through the territory. The transportation of road and water is very convenient, accessible to all directions. The reserves of dolomite C1 are 150 million tons with the arverage grade of MgO and TFe being 21% and less than 0.5% respectively, which is mainly distributed inBaiyun mountain and Xinguan and Xinpu townships, 5 km from the downtown of Shimen country.

　　Magnesium hydroxide is mainly used in environmental protection materials to harness paper mill, textile and dyeing mill, mechanical factory, electroplating factory, wastewater treatment plant and sulfur dioxide in the flue, and also an additive in decoloring and combustion-resistance.



　　Environmental protection is one of our basic policies and environmental pollution is a big proliem for human being.



　　The selling price of magnesium hydroxide decoloring agent (MgO content is 35%) made in Japan is 218 USD per ton and that of prescription magnesium hydroxide (MgO content is 35%) made in USA is 1697 USD per ton. But the price of suspension magnesium hydroxide(MgO content is 35%)is only 100～103 USD per ton and the prescription one is only 788～970 USD perton.

　　The total investment is 20 million USD, including the fixed assets of 12 million USD and currrent assets of 8 million USD.
