flame retardant masterbatch P0-408

Properties:PO-408 is a halogen-free flame retardant masterbatch for Polyolefin applications .

Additional levels of PO-408 are relatively low, giving good economics, mechanical properties and lower specific gravity compared to normal compounds containing halogen/antimony flame retardant systems.

Being halogen free also results in significant advantages in terms of fire safety, i.e. lower smoke density, lower smoke toxicity and less corrosion.
Lower corrosivity offers advantages both in the processing stage and in case of a fire

Important remarks:Like all flame retardant applications , some pigments , fillers ( f.e. carbon black , calcium carbonate , anti-static agents , co-monomer as vinyl acetate ) could give negative influence on flame retardant properties

Packing & Storage:The masterbatch is stable if maintained in the original sealed bags and under ordinary storage conditions.

25 Kg multilayer ( AL/Paper ) bags on pallets of 1000Kgs.
