Supply antimony trioxide,flame retardant masterbatch

JIEFU Corporation has launched a Supply antimony trioxide,flame retardant masterbatch, for use in high and low density polyethylenes that provides 36°F (20ºC) better thermal stability than traditional brominated flame retardants and an excellent cost-performance ratio. It is targeted for use in such areas as wire and cable insulation and construction-related films.

The new masterbatch has little effect on a resin's tensile and elongation properties and can be used at temperatures to 550°F (287°C) in non-FDA extrusion processes, such as those for film, sheet, and wire and cable, as well as in injection molding. It also has relatively low surface migration, so it has little or no effect on printing, sealing and other post-conversion processes.
