Flame Retardant Masterbatch: PA0405
Properties: PA0405 is the newest environmental nylon flame retardant masterbatch for nylon engineering plastics applation ,without halogen. This masterbatch adopts the up-to-date mote nano flame retardant and advanced double screw extrude technology .
Accession Proportion relative lower , compared with containing halogen ,atimony series flame retardant nylon engineering plastic ,apply PA0405 to production can make the prduct with good performance and economic benefit.
Specific Gravity relative lower.
There is no halogen in PA0405, with lower smoke toxicity in fire ,smoke density,and causticity which improve the product safety performance , and redue ullage cost on mould and equipment in moulding course.
This masterbatch mainly used in nylon plastic molding and nylon 6 filature.

Application and Character:Mainly used in nylon engineering plastic of electron ,eletric field ,electronic insert ,switch ,household electrics.As the flame retardant material of aviation and nylon filature in high speed train.Accoring to append different content masterbatch in nylon 6 and nylon 66 enieering plastic , we can get UL94 V0 grade product ,even at the thickness of 0.4mm.Nylon engineering plastic filled with Glass bead and glass fibre can come to V2 grade.

Properties:
Universal 402B is the flame retardant masterbatch with high chroma and high effect performance apply to PE ,PP UL94 V0 Grade.
Universal 402 used to mold plastics molding ,electric fittings ,electron and switch produts.Compared with Universal 402,Universal 402B with better endurance of resisting light aging ,lower exudation performance.
Apply this masterbatch plastics can't bring poisonous DBDO and DBDF when burning .Flame retardant masterbatch Universal 402 B apply to the material entirely accord with the clause in connection with DBDO of Europe Alliance and can't disserve environment .
This masterbatch with good free-flowing performance ,dust-free ,easy to operate ,safety and credibility and provide guarantee to environment and personnel health.

PP401B with the good desperse performane ,used to mold piece ,jundied film ,as packing film material of accessoris of electron and electrics.
